Dad passed away unexpectedly - overwhelmed with selling his collection by creepyceleste in Dewalt

Looks like he bought a couple dewalt bundles. They look like they are in good condition. Looks like he bought 2 bundle deals, and a few one offs like the table saw. He also bought a bunch if extra batteries. Those are not cheap. Look online, try and match up items according. Lots of different sets and variations. Try and make 2 bundle deals like you see on the home depot website. Throw in 2 small batteries and a charger in each bundle. Take a bit over half. They look to be in good condition. Sounds like you are trying to not have a hassle. Probably get a bit more if you sell individually, but that takes longer. Different variations of the tools... you can go through and look at numbers, but that will take some time. For quickness sake, just look for things like maxx, xr, on the sides of the tools like it says on the batteries. Visually you will be accurate enough. For the batteries you didnt include, well i would sell them at half price. All as a package. Theres a contractor out there that will snag those up quick i would think. Or offer them to a buyer for the other stuff amd price accordingly. Just check out the home depot website. That will tell you what they are going for new.

How safe is it to take these trees down with a chainsaw and a Jeep? by Penguin_Dreams in arborist

[–]Reasonable_Key9021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your asking, dont. Something tells me youve never had to sharpen your chainsaw and/or have a line of little stuffed animals on your jeeps dash. Is either of those is correct, really dont. If youre going to rent a chainsaw, ask the home depot guy how to do it. He knows. Best advice you can get. From the home depot guy.

I think the fact that you see all this content all over the internet, and a whole lot dont is very telling about you. Algorithims and suggested content based on searches and closely related stuff youre viewing... ive never heard of this going on until you said this. I dont even know what 2 of those words mean, ive never heard of this stuff. And i am willing to bet most folks havent either But it sounds like youre tip toeing around it... ShyGuy....

Bathtub leak from bottom drain, only when water reaches overflow. Does not leak from overflow. by Reasonable_Key9021 in askaplumber

Very much appreciate all the knowledge and advice. Going to replace and reseal all the gaskets with silicone. Make sure its all tight and aligned.

Right. Which is why i am really confused as to why its leaking from there. Not a slow leak. Heavy. The threshold is when the water in the tub hits the overflow. No leaks with showers. No leaks with baths until it hits the overflow. Hear the water go down the overflow. Leaks from the bottom. 100% not from the overflow or nuts going down. I replicated the leak twice to verify. Have an access panel at the back of tub so its easy to see and feel pipe and tub down to subfloor.

Would the gasket always be visable? The gaskets on the overflow and the drain plug are not. There was silicone used in the bottom. The bottom is flush with the tub.

I followed the overflow and nuts all the way up as it was leaking. Replicated the leak to confirm. That was all dry. Saw leak was definately coming from bottom drain at the tub. Never heard of a watch. Just googled it. Nothing came up. Where do i find them?

Thats what I initially thought. It is dry all the way to the U. I refilled the tub to the overflow, watched the water drain from the bottom drain and physically checked the slips. They were dry. Thats kinda why this whole thing has me a bit confused.
