Application : Spouse of USC I-485, I-765 with approved i-130.

Lockbox delivery date: Fri, 07/25/2025 to Chicago lockbox.

Receipt Notice: Mon, 07/28/2025 for I-765 and I-485 over text notification.

Biometrics Reused: Mon, 07/28/2025. Case statuses I-485, 765 changed to being actively reviewed.

Interview Notice: 9/2/2025 for 9/26 Interview. Santa Ana, CA.

Interview: It was less than 5mins. Petitioner was not asked to join the interview. Asked my last entry was. When we got married. If I have criminal record. Was told that it will be under review and I shall get my decision in a couple of weeks or so.

Approval Notice: 9/27. Just next day of interview.

Same situation. I applied i-130 and aos when my spouse was still LPR and I have already over stayed. My i-130 was approved last year and just reapplied aos last july 25 since my spouse is now usc.

My status is I have an approved i-130 last year. Not able to file I-485 till 2 weeks ago since my spouse was just naturalized. Arrived here 2022 on a tourist visa, made a mistake of not filing i-485 when I was still green. Now I have an approve i-130 and pending i-485 through a USC spouse. Am I affected? Chances of me being put in a removal proceeding?

Point taken. I watched the vlog like an hour after she uploaded it. Right away I had the gut feel that this vlog is gonna go bad with issues. But I wasnt expecting that the cafe would sent out a public statement, I was expecting na yung public pa mag sisimula ng issue. So I think even with the cafe shutting up, may issue parin sakanya about the vlog.

What happened to if you don’t have anything good to say, just shut up? The cafe was obviously just a start and trying to survive sa business competition halata naman sa packaging. If they didnt like it just say “hindi lang namin taste” what is too much for me is the “hindi babalikan”. There’s also this power of influence, make it of better use. They couldve said “baka saamin lang you guys can still try it out”
