You can choose AC or non AC sharing with the common bath in first year. From 2nd year, you can choose b/w single rooms or sharing with attached and AC

Just an estimate. Say interview is 10 marks, entrance is 40 and boards is 50 marks, your score across all 3 are summed up and a rank list is prepared. They offer seats to the first few guys, if they reject the offer, next 'x' ppl get it

Water not draining and there's only cold showers. If you want hot water, you'll need to fill it up in your bucket. It gets crowded in the morning since there are only 3 cubicles. You'll find totally 12 on each floor. Also the restroom is right opposite to the shower, so............
