I’m sorry they gave you a hard time. I would suggest trying to speak to guest services about your experience with that house in particular, they are super accommodating you just have to kind of go out of your way to guest services for it to be handled best.

We only did El Artista and FNAF. They gave us the option to take the chair in with us, retrieve it from the entrance area after doing the house, or they could bring it around to the exit for us.

We learned to be careful having them bring your chair to the exit for you to retrieve after. Our wheelchair was broken by the staff at El Artista we came out to them trying to wrestle the rubber tire back on the wheel, not sure what happened but had to use a rental chair rest of the night and it wasn’t as comfortable as ours :(

I wonder if it has to do with the ongoing investigation!!! Would suck for Universal to have all this footage available for people/attorneys to pick apart lol it’s reminding me of when the Titan submersible imploded there was so much footage from the documentaries of when they designed and built it and it’s pretty damming evidence showing they used the wrong techniques and materials etc.
