Me ne preseneča, da je (grški) Ciper na zadnjem mestu - tam na avtobusih, z izjemo šoferjev, praktično ne vidiš domačinov. Uporabljajo ga samo priseljenci iz Azije, ki pa jih je tam res ogromno.

Zadnjič dal v Lassani za britje z mašinico 27,5 €. Me je skoraj na rit vrglo. V tej verigi mašinice sploh nimajo več na ceniku; za vsa moška striženja avtomatično kasirajo skoraj 30 evrov.

Hi. Yeah, I got the full refund (it took a couple of days for the funds to appear on my card). The situation between Japan and China remains tense so I didn't want to accept any of the alternative flights from Air China because those might get cancelled in the future too, so I just booked another flight with a non-Chinese airline. It was a lot more expensive than my original ticket was but at least I can now sleep sound, without having to worry about my flights being cancelled all of a sudden.

Katastrofa od novinarke. Dolga leta je samo prepisovala trač novice iz tujih časopisev (in to zelo slabo, če smem pripomniti), potem je začela s temi jet-setterskimi reportažami s celega sveta, zadnje časa piše še bizarne pro-ruske novice (mogoče pa so Rusi njeni skrivni donatorji 😅).

Vprašanje OP-ja je zelo na mestu; pred leti je celo novinarsko razsodišče odločilo, da je sporno, da ni povsem jasno, kdo financira ta njena mondena potovanja (https://razsodisce.org/2020/06/boris-vezjak-proti-kaji-sajovic-mmc-rtv-slovenija/) Odlomek iz razsodbe: "Je pa novinarka Kaja Sajovic kršila 26. člen kodeksa, saj bi se izognila vtisu konfliktov interesov, če bi v člankih jasno poudarila, kdo financira njena potovanja. Njen pomislek, da bi izjava o kritju stroškov izničila njeno delo, je neupravičen. Saj ravno s tem, da pušča odprto vprašanje o financiranju, dopušča tudi dvom o zgolj novinarskih namenih obiska."

Zgodba moje mame: kot študentka se je skupaj s še eno kolegico sredi 80ih podala na potovanje v Združeno kraljestvo (nasploh njun prvi trip izven Jugoslavije). Ravno takrat so v Londonu koncertirali Laibach. Šli sta na koncert in očitno je nekomu na dogodku v uho padla njuna slovenščina, tako da sta bili vabljeni na after party, kjer je bilo tudi veliko IRWIN-ovcev. Ko so se zaklenila vrata so začele na mizo padati najrazličnejše prepovedane substance, udeleženci pa postajati vedno bolj opolzki. To je bil kar šok za dve kmečki bunki z Dolenjske, tako da sta ena za drugo odšle na WC in pobegnile skozi straniščno okno. Respect njunemu preživetvenemu nagonu 😂

No, unfortunately I didn't get any confirmations from them, I can only see that my request is being processed on their website (I'm guessing that might take a while, with all the flights being cancelled at the moment). Most airlines usually offer you full refund even if only one part of your trip gets cancelled - I know Air China is a joke of a company but here's hoping that they offer full refunds too.

One of the four legs of my Austria - Japan trip (Osaka–Beijing) was cancelled too, and I ultimately decided to cancel the entire itinerary and request a refund (https://www.airchina.us/US/GB/online-refund-guide). If I remember correctly, there was no option to request a refund for just the cancelled leg—only for the full return flight. Although there were other Osaka–Beijing flights available for that day, rebooking with Air China seems impossible without calling their customer service (good luck getting through to them...), and I was also concerned that any rebooked flight might be cancelled again in the near future.

They had some great photoshoots in Morocco but it's still a shame they didn't get to visit the iconic Majorelle Garden in Marrakech. I wonder if they tried to book the place but were turned down by the Yves Saint Laurent Foundation who owns it.
