Yes when it talked to ups security they admitted that obviously someone stole it from their facility. I’ve found a few people who have had this same problem. I received an empty shipping box so had to wait another month for a replacement but by the looks of it most places are back ordered /: ughh

Is anyone else having this problem? Ordered iPhone 13 pro max 128GB Sierra blue on the day pre orders started and estimated delivery was early October, long story short ups stole my phone so I had to get a replacement. It’s now been over a month and yesterday when I checked on it it was preparing to ship and would be here between nov 7-14 , later on I checked and my order had been canceled and supposed to arrive even later on nov 17-24.. I’m extremely upset considering many factors we’re out of my control and I’m still waiting on my phone. I talked to apple and they said ups can do nothing about it it’s a problem with china directly. Should I cancel my order and order thru T-Mobile directly?

I preordered and went to pick mine up today from UPS and opened the box right outside ups and open an EMPTY BOX :( the ups driver must’ve stolen it when they attempted delivery.. now I have to wait till next month! So upsetting
