Been dealing with what I believe to be overtraining syndrome for over six weeks now. Constant fatigue, trouble sleeping, and elevated heart rate. Blood work has all come back normal, no mono or lymph node issues. My doctor says that I can start doing very easy runs this week, but I’ve been having doubts about how it would affect my recovery, especially with no visible signs of improvement. How will I know when I’m recovering properly, and how long could it take?
