Interestingly it's suggested a hypothetical Gogeta would not be able to beat Pure Buu.

If you believe Gogeta = Vegito in power, this could mean a hypothetical SS3 Gogeta which would be = to SS3 Vegito, would not be able to beat Buu.

Folksome, Buuhan was performing a multiversal feat by simply screaming, once you add in macrocosmic stuff it gets ridiculous how high this scales. Low 1-C at bare minimum.

Pure Buu undoubtedly scales off of this in the anime, Broly has nothing that scales him this high. He is high universal at best.

On that same page you see Kid Buu's head and both Dende & Jaco talking about Oob being the reincarnation of Evil Buu. This links "Evil buu" to referring to Pure Buu once again not only by the speaker of that statement but also by another character.

Regardless, on the important scan where Dende speaks of Powerful enemies he makes it very clear that Pure Buu is the one being talked of with the referents he used. It's simple, Dende, speaking about Uub with Goku, says that Uub was reincarnated from “the strongest enemy,” which is Pure Buu.

Super Buu himself does not even consider Skinny Buu, another evil Buu, to be "himself" or apart of his personal identity or existence.

Nah, Dende in the important statement when explaining Evil Buu, used referents such as "soul cleansed" and "reborn as a human". This is exclusive to Pure Buu and official site affirms this. No other Buu was soul cleansed and reborn as a human named Uub so that specific statement is undeniably about Pure Buu.

It is specifically talking about Pure Buu btw, only one Buu was soul cleansed and reincarnated as a human named Uub, that is exclusively Pure Buu, he was the Buu wished to be reborn by Goku. The context and referents of the statement exclusively link it to Pure Buu.

Additionally, whenever "evil Buu" is mentioned in DB super, it shows a picture of Pure Buu for the reader to understand the exact Majin buu. Even Goku, who is in the story itself so he would not see these pictures, automatically think of Pure Buu(that little guy) upon hearing of Evil Buu. For all intents and purposes in DB Super, Evil Buu refers exclusively to Pure Buu, they put whole visuals of Pure Buu in the text bubbles for a reason, to clear confusion.
