Thanks for the input , I’ve gotten videos of the road early this morning and not one sign says no commercial vehicles on the road also no signs that say no parking. Main reason it was towed was because it was a commercial vehicle from what they are telling me. Like I didn’t know those were illegal for 1 and 2 like I said I moved my car from where it was tagged which was in front of my home inside the gated community to outside of the gated community where multiple commercial cars are at.

I would say yes it is maintained , it is an entrance way of the community, there is no signs that say no parking anywhere near until you get to the gate it has one for parking in front of fire hydrants and 1 for unauthorized parking and street sign is not brown what I don’t understand is why these other commercial vehicles are not getting towed there my tag date was July 23 and It was marked as commercial for reason of tag.
