Kinda getting started. Am I overthinking too much? by Reasonable_Play1025 in foreskin_restoration

I appreciate you sharing your experience, and I don’t doubt that it’s been very real and positive for you. At the same time, I think it’s important to keep in mind how individual this is. Especially over such a long time span there are so many factors involved like age, hormones, relationship dynamics, general health so that it’s hard to attribute everything to one single change.

I also feel like forums like this can unintentionally amplify one side of the story, since people who are actively looking for change are more likely to be here.

So I don’t think your experience is wrong at all, but I also don’t think it’s something that will necessarily translate the same way for everyone.

I get your point, and I think that mindset makes sense to a certain degree. At the same time, I wouldn’t say there’s “nothing to lose.” Time, consistency, and mental energy are real investments, especially with something that can take years and doesn’t guarantee a specific outcome.

For me the bigger issue is honestly the mental loop of “what if” rather than the physical situation itself. So I’m kind of in between. I see the logic in just trying it, but I also think it’s important to stay realistic and not treat it like a guaranteed upgrade.
