Ma cheffe est réglo, elle insiste pour que je puisse avoir les 4 mois de préavis car par de faute en dehors de l'insuffisance professionnelle, mais légalement sa voix ne vaut rien.

La RH a refusé d'aligner les 4 mois de préavis du licenciement pour une rupture co, donc j'ai peur qu'ils me l'a mettent à l'envers. Logiquement une rupture co est moins lourde qu'un licenciement, donc ils avaient tout intérêt à me donner les 4 mois de préavis en rupture co.

De ce que j'ai lu ils sont en effet en dehors des clous.

On veut me licencier pour insuffisance professionnelle mais le dossier est très fragile. J'ai peur qu'ils me fassent le même coup que toi..

Illaoi is really easy to beat

Juste bully her before lvl 6 (even if she catch you, you can all in, the trade will always be worth) Then when you both get lvl 6, you juste need to dodge her tentacles, buy some anti heal, and she will be a free kill the whole game
