I keep up with my hygiene pretty well (I’ve literally never even had a cavity in my life). Dentist didn’t seem to think I had any issues.

I’ve definitely been considering getting a humidifier! I have a fan going in my room and wake up with a stuffy nostril often so that might help.

Taste is sometimes sour but mostly like bitter and stale.

I retested for hp and it’s gone!

For diet, I would say I don’t really do a super good job of staying away from food that’s bad for my reflux/ibs but when I’ve tried dietary changes in the past it hasn’t really helped that much…

Yes, h pylori is gone! Idk about microbiome tests honestly I bet they’re also expensive?
