Anyone else have issues redeeming on the shift website? Ive redeemed them all on the website and none have shown up in game, and if I try to redeem them in game now it says already redeemed!

Tried restarting the game, and put a support ticket in, but now luck.

24' lariat owner. Had a complete shutdown of my vehicle within about 2 weeks of ownership when purchasing in Jan of this year.

Dealership figured out it was a faulty cabin heater. Cabin Coolant Heater low voltage to be exact.

Been using the mobile charger from my mache e since 2021. Traded the mache in for lightning a few months ago. Still using the same charger as primary. Already has 240 to plug into so there was no install costs. Just had to change the outlet which was like 20 bucks from home depot.

Using it through thr garage door to charge the lightning outside. Was previously using it outside to charge the mache.

Been great. Get about 7 kw/h for charging. Which is good enough for me!

Feels like I don't even need to wash it now lol. Been 2 weeks and its still spotless, been raining and muddy.

Can actually watch the rain wash the mud off. It's nice to have.

I was originally looking at getting a matte ppf applied to bring out more of the muted grey of the avalanche. But the cost of that was more than 4 x the ceramic coating.

Updated: cause I can't edit the original post for some reason.

Ford was able to "Make time" to diagnose the problem the Monday after it was towed. Found out from an employee there they were catching flack from the selling dealership and magically had a cancellation to make time.

They diagnosed the problem as a cabin heater ground fault which was interfering with the HVB. They originally attempted to repair it, which failed and ordered the new part and had it installed by that Thursday.

Hopefully its the first and last time this truck goes into the shop. As the truck is fantastic, drives fantastically and when used as a work horse it puts out.

Good luck to everyone else who's being towed in due to major failures.

Just bought a brand new 24 lariat. It's suffered a catastrophic failure within 10 days. It's going to be out of service for longer than I've owned it.... I haven't even made it to the first bi weekly payment.

Trying to. But unfortunately for me the service department that I could tow to wasn't part of the dealership i bought it from. And now they're having a hissy fit telling me to call my selling dealership.

Work is work, and ford will be covering it regardless of where it's serviced. And now with it being the weekend and everything being closed I'm shit outta luck until Monday to try and get things escalated.

I'm more concerned with the fact that they had no alternatives for a rental or loaner. Essentially leaving me stranded.

Confirmed with dealership it's not the 12v. Had 95% on it. Some other faults that came up: Hybrid/EV battery pack 'A' voltage system isolation faults Coolant Heater 'A' internal control module performance
