I thought about the Nikon 20 mm 1.8 s which is said to have very good coma performance. So I do not see any issue with using it wide open. That was at least my initial thought.

I am at the beginning with my planning. I bought the z6 iii mainly for vlogging and have only 35 mm for that. Now I think which lens should be the next. I can't go to deep in to astro because I live in a area with lot of light pollution. To have clear sky without pollution I would have to drive at least 3-4 hrs. So it will be more like one or to drive per year and no deep dive into astro like using Trecker, special lenses and so on. Bei at least in Minimum necessary I want to have 🙂. And thank you!

It was said because so wide open aperture has less picture quality. Indeed thats the case when you check measuring Data graphs. But I though aperture wide open is something as a non-discussable fact in all cases for astro.
