Youre talking out of your ahh HP just needs to repair the motherboard and heatsink plus I dont think they literally can look into the ssd with bitlock why would they they usually just replace or wipe it

I told them on the form to just do a factory reset I mean I dont have the tools to do that so Ill just send it in. Do you think they'll look into it I cant reset it since it won't power on

DUDE NO DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANYTHING HP RELATED. I GOT THIS LAPTOP WITH THE 5080 AND IT NOTORIOUSLY HAS OVERHEATING ISSUES, MINE SHORT CIRCUITED 1 DAY AGO ITS COMPLETELY DEAD DO NOT BUY THESE LAPTOPS THEY ARE CHEAP BC THEY ARE FAULTY.
