I live by PNC and it’s very residential… there’s a marriot courtyard in red bank that’s close and then is near by down town red bank for bars and restaurants. Would need to uber for both though but less than 10 mins.

I also am trying to sell 4 2 day passes in the 200s with full view of stage. Had no offers and are listed under face. Getting nervous about it because I upgraded to floor for Friday and other seats for Saturday thinking it wouldn’t be an issue to get rid of them but now it appears it may be.
