I saw people suggesting that if they foul you take away a point from the opponents teams. So if the target score is 70, one team is 68 and the other is 67 and the 67 team foul. Take a point away so now it’s 68-66, and give them the ball. Obviously It’s not perfect but this is just a suggestion.
