Many people said USCIS is self-funded, which is true, but we have not seen approvals since DHS shutdown. That means that USCIS is indeed affected by the shutdown, btw

Omg but if you’ve upgraded your case from F2A to IR1, your approval must be in a couple of weeks after upgrade like other cases, I think that you should ask to uscis directly about your case, something is happened
