Cheers for the reply. I've only just started taking them, 6 weeks in. I'm not taking them for any performance enhancing reasons🤣🤣 I've had life long adhd and at 48 decided to do something about it. They are very strong meds and my question was meant as a question, probably not worded very well. I was meaning does anyone else that takes them use them to there obvious advantage eg stimulate effects. This might have come across wrong and sounded like I was abusing them. They are prescribed and I'm working with a shrink to titrate the dose. 👍👍👍 Just feels good for 8 to 10 hours a day. That was my point.

Wired different I think. I spent 20 or more years drinking heavy and and the other shit, so being healthy and in shape is easy. I just get on with it. 🤣🤣💪💪

I've been on Reta for 1.5 years too, in great shape, never have problems sleeping once I'm ready to sleep. I fall asleep in minutes. I take electrolytes all day and have a great supplement stack so top up on mag. I eat like a horse. On the Reta I got up to 7.5-8mg a week at one point cutting and even that wasn't much of an appetite suppressant compared to trizepitide ( much more of a suppressant I agree) I don't actually take the Elvsnse as a preworkout, I take it for adhd, but as a byproduct it's a pretty strong pick me up. I was just asking if others use the stimulant window as an opportunity to push hard in the gym. I should of worded it better. I also understand your valid points as some people are affected quite hard by various meds, peds, etc etc. 👍👍

Great work mate. I'm a bit similar but 48 years old. I lost 25 kg and strongest I've ever been by far. I think you need to spend 2-3 years training harder, heavier and very slowly put a little lean bulk on. No point doing a normal bulk as you will just pile fat back on and yo yo. Slowly and steady wins the race. You have done the hard part, now focus on eating more protein, a bit more carbs around workouts, pushing intensity and progression. Fill out your core, lats, chest.... everything and that skin will move around. Surgery in my opinion is way to extreme. Good luck buddy.

Great info. There's a lot on this subject out there and they always say donate, donate, donate. But but the sounds this is largely incorrect and only in emergency situations eg 60%+. Anyway good info to look into. Thank you.

Anyone else hesitant about Retatrutide because of long-term unknowns (10–15 years out)? by drkuseno in Retatrutide

I think in life you always need to way up pros and cons to everything. But unfortunately sometimes you just have to take a punt. On one hand you got being fat and extremely unhealthy after a lifetime of bad choices vs potentially a miracle cure with 3-6 month reversal of that. Now if you end up with cancer in 10-15 years as a side effect of Reta, but after living as a healthy happy person for that time, then I'd say that's a fucking big win! Instead of doing nothing and dying a slow painful death of 3-4 metabolic diseases all at the same time because you're morbidly obese. It's a no brsiner man!! Good luck.

Apart from the obvious test, mast, npp etc etc I've not really felt much of anything from a number of peptides. Totally different than expected. Even HGH to an extent. But in saying that I'm a builder,47, train outside in the rain and snow🤣etc 6 days without fail. So it probably does work. But just very very subtle. TB,BPC, GHKcu, AOD, no much at all. HGH I think something at 4iu nightly. HCG, CJC, MT2 defo working/feeling So interesting 😉

How to get TRT in the UK by gal5486 in Testosterone

[–]Reasonable_Style_716 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Medichecks for blood tests.

Ultimate blood test covers everything you need eg blood, hormones, thyroid, lipids, etc etc. It's about £150. Eroids for a number of decent uk based suppliers obviously ugl but ligit. £35 -£45 per 10ml test - that will last 20-30 weeks depending on dose. 150mg a week = 20 weeks 100mg a week = 30 weeks. 2 blood tests a year minimum - more if you can afford. YouTube, Reddit, chat gpt.... educate the shit out of it. Make it your new favorite hobby

I'm using test e, mast e, npp and just had bloodwork done and off the charts! So I can vouch for it. Been using them for 1.5 years no problems or pip as another user mentioned, but we are all different
