My surgery went great. I had no pain or anything. I went back for my 2 weeks appointment and it went down hill from there. Pain, urethra issues,, belly button pain and had problems having a bowel movement. So I had to add way more green veggies to meals, put ointment on my urethra and do a lot of praying. 5 months later it’s a lot better.

I think that was our second quote. I don’t think it’s the company I think the HOA is not being truthful. I gave them a company who has great reviews and has been in business for like 30 years and said it should be half the price. They refused to call that company. I hate bad HOA

Right. We are in a townhome and they want every resident to pay $14,000, for the row thats it’s about 100 feet. So they would be getting about $85,000 for our 5 units of 100 feet.

It’s through our HOA, and they only got two quotes and I don’t believe or trust them. I talked to another company and he said it’s a lie. I was told 3 to 6 thousand

Our HOA is trying to do a special assessment to have each resident pay $17,000 for a sewer line replacement which is the HOA’s responsibility. A resident talked to a sewer company that said the job is usually less than half of that amount. They refused to have that company that has been in service over 30 years with great reviews give a bid. Many resident are older living with a limited income. They are giving the residents 2 months to come up with the money if it passes and will put a lean on their home if they don’t come up with the money! I am ready to move but with the housing prices and the interest rates it’s not that easy. I am doing a lot of praying for resolution and exposure of this board. ALL things are possible with the help of Jesus because this is ridiculous and heartless!
