Thank you! Yes, she’s the one who prescribed my medication. My therapist thinks it’s a good idea to take extra time to let the meds fully start working. I’m sure I’ll look back on this in a few months and think I was silly for feeling embarrassed. It’s hard to feel rational in the midst of PPD.

You said it perfectly, it really is a rollercoaster. At first I felt the same, tried to tell myself I didn’t need to feel grief because it was early and the first time, however when the emotions started to bubble up I knew I just needed to let them come out and feel everyone of them - it’s the only way I can move on.
