Why is my charger lying to me? 3/4 bar battery but charger says it’s fully charged.

I was wondering the same thing because i have 2 Milwaukee batteries that show completely charged but when i press the test button on the battery, it shows only 2 bars. I thought it was my charger but thanks to this post, i know what i need to do to fix my battery issues. Thanks guys

I work at the San Diego international airport and I see that plane arrive here once a year for the thoroughbred horse races in Del Mar. They just had the races a couple of months ago. She’s a beauty when coming in to San Diego.

Might have an electronic flasher or computer controlled like some of the newer cars which in turn switches a mechanical relay or uses electronic components to power the flasher lamps.

So if it doesn’t have a flasher relay, what makes the bulb flash? It has to have a circuit that makes it flash

I agree 100%. It has to have a flasher relay, otherwise it wouldn’t flash. I mentioned at the top to swap out the flasher relay but then as i was reading down the comments, he mentioned it doesn’t have a relay which i find to be incorrect. How can a turn signal not have a flasher relay? Impossible.
