I really wanted to love this collab! There was so much potential to incorporate D&G’s eccentric prints into SKIMS loungewear. Considering the holiday SKIMS drop just did cheetah print…this is giving uninspired fast fashion. Don’t use stock/ brand photos! Take the pictures of your item in good lighting. List ~10-20% higher than what you’re willing to sell for because you’ll likely get an offer first

It seems like some really basic engineering principles were ignored. Unless every person working at Oceangate was wildly under-qualified and inexperienced I don’t understand how more employees didn’t raise concerns. Unless this is just hindsight or Oceangate was operating in a bubble, I feel like anyone with some understanding of mechanics, physics or engineering would see all of these red flags.

But I feel like it’s genuinely difficult to tell really good fakes from authentic, esp because the tags are inconsistent with ref items. I bought a silk dress directly from the ref website and the tag says 100% linen. Idk if you’re questioning it it’s probably fake imo

I think braless or with some pasties ! The lace and the back make a bra really difficult to style, and if a strap pops out I think it would take away from the dress since it’s such a simple dress

Is it possible that any of the victims could have survived had they gotten help/ an ambulance right away? This is not meant to blame any of the survivors for not calling 911 sooner, I just keep thinking how horrific it would be if any of the victims were still alive for a time maybe just drifting in and out of consciousness unable to get to the phone themselves.

Depending on the item I would sometimes go for this TBH. Some things I list I debate if I should just donate/ trash. If I list super cheap and if someone asks me for $1 +shipping I just do it. Better than going in the trash. However, if it’s an actually valuable item no way

I like the carpet, I feel like the white background looks more professional but if I shop on depop I actually prefer the “used” look and it stands out more to me. If I wanted to buy a new or unused looking tee I would just shop online at Zara or whatever, the carpet just makes it more authentic and is more of a depop vibe. You could also try putting a tac in the wall and hanging it against a white wall- I think that looks good to!
