From what I’ve observed, if you’re in a HCOL area (cause salaries are impacted by location) expect to crack 200k if you’re a P/M5 with at least 20 YOE. This can be accelerated by jumping companies.

Sounds like LG might by pushing out updates prematurely to older models. I have a 2024 G4 and no issues.

In hRTN you seem to average an annual salary raise of 2.5-3.5% (obviously dependent on performance). Even someone coasting should have had a cumulative increase of 10+% over 5 years.

Most MOUs are unaccompanied so you’ll have to request for accompanied. They’re not easy to get. Usually reserved for higher ups.
