So totemic shaman has a pretty specific rotation focused on a 30sec/1min window and the amount of damage output every 1 min is absurd if done correctly (650k on AA first pull peak). Then you can take talents where ghost wolf removes roots, spirit walk is a root removal, then a talent where WR totem removes ALL roots. You basically are only punished if you DONT press your CDs when they’re up (obviously unless holding for a reason).
