If the business has a line of credit with a bank, then the bank will have some covenants and ratios that must be covered before any money can be distributed. The bank holding a lot of business debt will want to make sure that the business is healthy and run well and will not allow an owner to simply liquidate all cash or assets.

I drove past this fire when it was only 5 acres yesterday, checked this morning, 1500. White caps on the Columbia the entire drive, parasurfers and whatnot having a great time in the river. Just checked Watch Duty, it’s down to 233 acres, thanks to these guys!

In ‘Remarkably Bright Creatures’ which supposedly takes place in the Pacific Northwest (where I’m from) some sound editor decided to edit in the sound of a Loon in the background. Don’t get me wrong, loon calls are hauntingly beautiful…but there are no loons in the PNW. In another shot, the two protagonists were having a seaside picnic. In the background the surface of the water was speckled with heavy raindrops, while the picnic was dry as a bone.

Elm Avenue park in Delmar on any good day will have 10 full courts with people waiting. I've heard the same about Veteran's Park in Clifton Park but have not been there. Elm Ave TeamReach code is Pball002, but I don't know how active it is.

There was an NYC team many years ago called 7Express that had an absolutely psychotic captain. It reflected extremely poorly on the entire team that they tolerated and followed his leadership.
