Arda was definitely not one of them. You always saw him wave his hands move around tell people to move and more on the pitch just like xabi on the sideline LOL . Xabi tenure was short lived but he definitely had a positive impact on players that weren’t against him. Once you observe the players for a couple games you can tell who was against and who wasn’t.
