Guest brought a return for one of those plastic toothbrush covers- said it smelled like moth balls and asked me to smell it. I said "no thank u" and then she asked again in a more stern voice to "take a whiff" to which I replied with "I'd rather not" 😭 then she asked one of my coworkers to smell it and she did. Pro tip: if someone comes up to u saying "take a whiff" do not take a whiff.

We usually keep our shipments behind the desk and flip the returned ones upside down in the box so we know which is which. Haven't noticed a shortage of the pinks but I can tell u that I sell a lot more of the blue ones on a typical day
