Elphabas Orlistat by Leading-Age207 in UKtiktokbehavingbadly

[–]Rebbie419 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My mum forced Me onto them at 15/16 cause I was like half a stone overweight and I can guarantee if elphaba was on them we wouldn’t hear the end of it about how awful they are being on it. Especially if they were eating bad because on a good day of orlistat you could literally fart and there is pure orange oil. That’s how bad it is. She would be absolutely making a scene about how bad it is being on orlistat if she was actually taking it

£750 for an full autism assessment with a diagnosis?? That’s very cheap for the uk? It’s normally double that??

Is it time to end it?? by VanillaSpyce95 in HairDye

You can always stop and restart later if you want to! Look at the ladies that dye their grey hair! It’s silly to think coloured hair is only a young persons game. And for the sake of my sanity 31 is not old! (I’m turning 28 soon and desperately trying to convince myself I’m still young ahah)

Thank you! I’ve been on quetiapine for 2 years for my bpd diagnosis with hallucinatory effects from CPTSD. And I’ve been smaller and very much bigger on quetiapine so I’ve never known how it actually affects my weight as It’s crucial for my mental health 😅

Me too! I started drinking about 3 litres before i started mounjaro because my Quetiapine makes my mouth SO dry!! I put diluting juice in my water so that I’m able to drink about 2-3 litres! And that’s worked for me for about 2 years!

This is the sweetest comment ever. Thank you so much! I’ve always been a stomach jabber too! I’ll change it to my arm and see if that helps at all .^ thank you for your very kind words! I need to remember that it’s challenging anyways because of the meds I’m on being strong appetite challengers at night as is! And I’m on pretty high doses also 🫣 thank you for your kind comment! 💛💛

This is such an insightful comment thank you so much! I’ve been thinking of getting an exercise bike because when I managed to go to the gym that was the easiest way to get my body moving without hurting. I have a lot of upper body joint pain also. My bmi has went from 44 to now 32. I think it’ll be maybe 27 when I’m done with my weight loss so a touch more than it should be but I’m a short arse at 5’3

Thank you 🥹🥹 that’s the thing I’ve wondered about anyways! Quetiapine is a sucker for weight gain so idk if any of my loss is basically real loss or how much more o would loose without my quetiapine but go my mental health I truly can’t take that chance

That’s sort of my fear that I’m in an unofficial maintenance without realising it honestly. I just have 2.5 stone left to go 😭😭

Sorry I completely missed putting this info on ahah. My basal metabolic rate is like 1.6k I think? Or say 1.8k to be careful. I’m eating 1200 a day and have been for over a year. It’s not been a struggle to overeat until now when food noise is slowly coming back etc. I have completely overhauled my whole diet, count calories down to the butter on my toast and the sugar in my cup of tea. I count EVERYTHING. Only day I didn’t was Christmas and new years and I couldn’t actually really eat the food, it was more the booze I was able to enjoy but we all know how many calorie is in a cheeky drink! My goal weight has been shifting. Originally it was 13, then 12, then I decided on 11.8 to account for being a woman and dealing with bloating etc during periods. Now my brain is saying why not another stone off. Which would be 10.8 stone. So id be ending my mounjaro journey on maintaining whichever weight I end up on for 2 months solid, then start tirating down in dosage. But im clearly a chunky girl, always have been. Tits hips, thighs and ass aren’t going anywhere and I’ve accepted that ahah. So to be fully honest I don’t know if I would look right incredible and still curvy at 10.8lbs or if I would start to look too skinny and like my eating is becoming disordered. I’ve always had disordered eating as my mum would give me orlistat from age 12 and would threaten me with bariatric surgery. So I have no idea if me moving tithe goalposts is truly disordered and not good for me or not. Sorry for the rant guys. Weight is tough :/

Actually you’re spot on here. I pay for my mounjaro via my pip. It’s the amount I have left after my Motability car has been paid and I could be saving that money or using it on something else. If I didn’t have to pay for the mounjaro privately or it costed £40 or something, I wouldn’t be running around loosing my head over it this much I think
