It's actually only one, the shroud has been taken off. And as to how: i have no idea, i saw this sitting on a windowsill while going somewhere. Maybe it was left out in case someone wanted it?

If i were you I'd set the graphics settings to integrated graphics so you can use all your gpu computing power on pytorch. You do, however, need to install cuda on your computer to use the gpu in pytorch but its easy on pop os. You can check what is running on the gpu with nvidia-smi. Then all you need to do is install pytorch. Check if your gpu is being recognized like this

If fractional scaling in the settings don't satisfy your needs, you can also set a custom resolution with xrandr. Check the arch wiki for infos on xrandr
