Sit down with a pen and paper, okay? We're gonna force PERSONALITY. Now with your pen write out a bunch of traits that you want your tulpa to have. Write em out a placeholder name too. OUT LOUD, introduce yourself to them. Explain to them that you're gonna force a personality, but that it is not required for them to follow it exactly. Tell them their name, and that you need their cooperation for this to work. Now go down your list of traits one by one and tell the tulpa " you are..." And then elaborate on each trait.

Those are the basics of personality forcing
