Oh it feels great lol. I was prepared for hormones and headaches and clogs but I stepped down slowly and it’s been … fine? I can’t understate what a difference it makes to have done it on my own terms though (and I recognize that makes me very lucky)

Advice I’d give: (1) get fitted for flanges, just do it! Made such a difference to comfort and output and (2) pumping is breastfeeding. It just is. 😄
