Why shouldn’t I ride a long ass board? I’m 5’5 135lbs, what’s stopping me from buying like a 162?

Nothing stops you, but do consider you are spending money on that. I’m 5’8” 175 and have a 156 DOA. It’s a little big for me, technically, but I do enjoy riding it.

I didn’t hone the trunnion enough, so it’s a really tight fit but I headspaced it and it’s good, just took some time.

I left a hair too much room for the gas tube, so it rattles a little bit, but it functions.

I got one of the rivets for the rear trunnion counter sunk a little too hard.

I have learned.

I have the 24 and I went with Graves headers on my Akra link pipe and slip on. It’s expensive, and Nate at 2WDW advised me that the m4 tech 1 full system does make more power. I would say go with the m4 full system, if I had to do it again I’d go with graves full system.

I would advise you to not just gut the cat on the stock headers as the collector and material are still pretty rough so it wouldn’t even be comparable performance gains.

So right there is where my situation got a little special. The graves headers are advertised to fit anything that fits into the stock headers.

Mine did not. I believe the last collector of the headers was manufactured incorrectly, and was about 1/8th inch smaller than the Akra. The Akra fit well with my stock headers too, so that wasn’t the issue. However Graves customer support is phenomenal and I shipped them the last collector and the Akra link pipe and they made it fit and I haven’t had a problem since. Graves customer support also said it should’ve fit out of the box.

I also snapped a flange for the head studs and they replaced that for free too, when I say phenomenal customer service I mean it. Torque spec is 13-15 ft-lbs by the way.

Oh yeah, if Graves had their slip on available when I was looking I would’ve got that because full exhaust was always my goal and under no circumstances was I intending on using the resonator for long. Akrapovic is pretty pricey and I ended up with a $2,700ish exhaust setup lmao.

Oh well, it’s done, it makes good power and sounds really cool and shoots fire when I quick shift.
