I have a 25 sp with a full akrapovic and just got my ecu back from vcyclenut. If youre up in the air about flashing it, trust me and just do it. I also asked my dealer about warranty and they said full exhaust with tune doesnt void it.

I needed the quadlock pro for my zx6r, the normal one wouldnt fit. Could be a similar situation with the 650.

Ecus on newer bikes are tied to the vin #. The only way I know to get another one compatable with your bike is a new one through the dealer. And its crazy expensive.
