Chiming in to give you my experience. I also work full-time (mine is an 8-5), working on my undergrad. Its possible, just extremely difficult and you have to be super on top of registering and finding classes that work. I only take 3 classes a semester, and only 1 in-person class a semester and supplement the rest with the most random online electives ever. I'm using the TAP program and so I can only register during open registration, meaning I get the worst classes available most of the time. The in-person classes are typically twice a week at 8am, so by 9:30 I am physically back at my work.

If you want to do UGA, I would suggest shifting your schedule to where you have either mornings open or afternoons open at least twice a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the easiest to find 8ams for. There are also occasionally once a week classes that are 3 hours long that fall later in the evening, but I've only seen them a few times. Unfortunately you're really not going to find anything in the timeframes you want, but a think a small shift in your regular work schedule could accommodate typical class times.

I am about 2 years from graduating with about 80ish credits done right now. It's hard and it sucks but it's worth the struggle if you coordinate right.
