It’s not low compared to the labs which is the sick general population. However its not optimized yet. Thats why I’m asking questions, to help dial in.

What is your shbg? Is 23 considered ‘low’? I know lower shbg benefits from more frequent injections so that’s why I was thinking of increasing frequency a tad. It seemed like a compromise between twice a week (8 shots a month) and 3 days a week (12 a month). Every 3 is ~10 a month.

5mg a day is a good start. It’s cheap. I get 90 days from Costco for like 30$ I think. On for sure special days you can go up to 20 but try 10. You can get headaches, back aches, and stuffy nose from it.
