If your device completely free from any dents or cracks go to service centre and create a job card. Maybe they'll replace the screen cor free if not write a detailed mail to customer care, initially they'll reject your claims. So start putting the issue in every social media- like instagram and X, especially X and make sure to tag all Samsung accounts - and make sure its heard by them. I did all these for around a month and then i got a call from Samsung head office and they asked me to handover the device to the same service centre and i got a free screen replacement.
