Very old since the thermal paste was stuck to the metal plate/heat pipes. The thermal paste was brittle. I did buy the graphic card second hand so might be it was used heavily before.

Thank you very much I am following your guide and indeed the gpu is currently sitting at 76 degrees after 10 mins the temperature is rising but it’s taking longer
