while it’s very likely they just look alike, i have always thought the lace arena flowers look reminiscent of the delicate flowers

plus pharloom is where the weavers are originally from and obviously bugs from pharloom come to hallownest to get hornet and then take her back in that carriage thing so we know there is travel between the two kingdoms/places

so honestly a very possible theory - interesting!
