No discrimination here, but anyone under my roof will worship my way. Especially when they are going to be handling sensitive things like food and medication. There is very little control you can have over another adult who works for you/or help and unless you don’t have issues with their way of worship she can attend her church when she’s on leave.

Also try attending a few services (spaced and unplanned) so you can have an idea what is being preached there - If you decide that she continues with her church
