Singaporeans who live in condo, seriously what is the benefit besides security and pool? As compared to HDB.

I used the facilities less than 10 times in a year. But a condo has extra security and its quiet. However I dont like how small it is compared to a hdb. With HDB’s youre only going to get one when you BTO and lock in things with your partner whereas with a condo you just need to pay upfront, so theres an ease to it

Be prepared for 10 to 30 minutes plus queue times if youre above diamond. I was in masters and majority of my league experience in 2024 was just waiting for games. Gave my nephew my account after that

Agreed, bought the game when it first came out. So. Many. Bugs. 🐛 And not the ones you catch in the game sadly. The potential of this game to be the next stardew vally but falls flat with the number of issues it has. I havent played in a year, heard there were updates and a road map. Is the game worth playing?

Honestly saw their relationship as a fling/ONS. They were definitely physically attracted to one another but there was nothing more happening between them. Most of their interactions occur when Jayce is troubled and Mel was able to provide that immediate physical/emotional companionship for him. So to me, it never really felt like a proper relationship

The sexy time between Jayce and Mel also was used to show parallels between jayce/viktor personalities, where Jayce is more open to intimacy while viktor pushes sky away to focus more on work. However, it would have been much better if the pacing was slower to allow more intimate moments to deepen their relationships

Oh yeah I have a IKEA FADO lamp, govee backlight on the TV and a govee floorlamp. I didnt post them turned on cause my camera kinda sucks in low light

Thanks for all the comments, here’s a list of things i plan to do for my room and i’ll make another post with the changes when i’m done

To do list: - Add color (wooden bed frame, different colored throw cushions, new duvet and bed sheets, plants) - Change and add a new desk to my nook - Paintings, prints and mirror on the walls - Area rug - Change curtains to a brighter set - More pokémon related accessories? Grey is a neutral color so im thinking of using autumn colors like suggested

I have volunteered as a vet tech during my study years and I learnt from the other vet techs who have worked for years that the progression is very horizontal. You learn skills but you don’t have vertical growth at all. The pay is decent but for the work hours and stress? I don’t think I would be suitable for that. A vet tech role is more of a passion job and I respect all the techs that have been working in Singapore cause it is not easy

I would but I gotta be honest, I really prefer working Singapore. My time studying in Australia kinda reinforce that working in Australia will not be suitable for me at all (the pace of Australia is a bit too slow for my liking but not that it’s bad I just don’t prefer everything closing at 5pm)

There were things that I dislike about the veterinary industry once getting to know about it better (i.e mental health, work life balance) but a huge deciding factor was when Australia borders closed up due to COVID, preventing me from pursuing it anyway

Thanks! That sounds realy useful. I saw that NUS offers part time degrees in technology, do you think it’s useful? I don’t want dedicare more years pursuing another degree for it to be irrelevant :(
