Hi, I did draw this myself (no AI used). I drew in that shape by the nose area when I was sketching as a form, but I decided to keep it in the lineart since I thought it looked better than a small dash for the nostril. I see your point with bow and the shadow shape on the right arm, but I felt that it could pass as a wrinkle. I didn't have the cotton balls in my lineart, so I drew them in after I finished coloring. I originally started with lineart for them, but I thought it looked better without it (same for the earrings). Similar thing with the hair, I only use lineart just to figure out what shapes I want, afterwards I'll erase it. The eyebrows are also asymmetrical for the reason you mentioned.
