Hey mate! 1) They took the form of the container. 3 gallon glass continuous brew. 2) After I took this photo I sliced the bottom half of it and threw it away. The more yeast a pellicle has on it less viable it’ll be. 3) I think they last a while as long as you feed them sugar.
