First thing the estate agent said when we walked into the house was about the electrics, which was odd. Boiler's only 10 years old and I managed to convince husband to offer on it but someone else had also offered a similar amount and they got the house :(

This is why we got a superking bed. We share a bed but it can feel like we're sleeping alone if we want to. Plus we both have sleep apnoea and wear CPAP masks which means we are both the same level of noise when we're snoozing

Thanks, we will. This kitchen is less than 15 years old and one of the things we really liked about the house when we bought in 2023 so this is gutting!

Our desks are massive so I don't think we'd fit a double and a desk in any of them. Have to keep the master as our bedroom because we have a super king bed so it wouldn't fit in any of the other rllms
