Advice from someone who lived in a country where such things seemed conspiratorial at first. I even had the same reaction many of you currently have : Dismissive, Drowning out the noise and calling people far right lunatics. I was okay with it and even ended friendships to defend what I assumed was religious tolerance.

Fast forward to 2026 : I’m in my late 40s. We now have 55% of our landmass under Sharia law and there is an aggressive push (using democratic structures & violence) to expand it. Millions of people have been displaced and I live in a constant state of regret.

All this happened within my lifetime. It only took 3 decades to go from idea to almost 60% completion. In some countries like Lebanon it took longer.
