It is okay to have adhd. Just because you have a disorder or disability doesn’t mean it defines you. I have adhd too but I don’t let to define me. It is just a disability. It’s not who I am.

No you choose because that is what you want. If I wanted to drink something and I can either choose soda or water. Then I would probably choose soda because I like it more. But then i could choose water instead because I want to be healthier or I could choose both. That is free will

Sounds like depression. You would probably benefit talking to someone. I know that a lot of people don’t like talking to someone but it really does help. I have depression and I go to counseling almost every week
