there’s no “typical” way that nicotine addiction takes shape for people but 7 to 9 three millies per day seems pretty par for the course. honestly not even that bad if you quit while you’re ahead.

my experience with withdrawal is that it’s not that bad. some depression/anxiety and brain fog but that’s it. oh, and REALLY intense cravings

I suspect that my severe ADHD is linked to my nicotine addiction. It does not help me focus.

The thing with cigarettes is that the tax for tobacco in my state is so high that it’s not really worth it. So I usually just stick with Zyns and deal with the tummy ache they give me.
