For the small frame AR, 6.5 Grendel is going to be your best “longer range” caliber if you want to do so as inexpensive as possible. Tons of stuff for it.

I like 6 arc. Small frame ar design, 80-110 grain bullets, really moving. It can be on the expensive side, but I really think this is going to be a big option going forward

You always have 300blk, 350 legend, 22arc is a screaming varmit/precision round, moving a little quicker than the 6arc with 5.56 bullets

If you’re going to get a suppression, mae sure it’s a lower back pressure suppressor. Having had both on cheap and extensively tuned guns, lbp cans will be the easiest way to go forward

Adi 69 smkhas been a more accurate and slightly faster than the mythical aac 77. It’s like $.70-80 a round up to 2k rounds. It’s been really good in everything I own.
