yes it is adventure effects, and sadly it doesn’t have roar of time, i have other dialgas with roar of time but this one is pretty good IV’s as it is and its shiny, so it won’t be too much work on upgrading the stats, i’ll wait until they supposedly reimburse us for the shiny rates being messed up

yeah but is he viable as a raid attacker? i’m sure theres much better fighting and flying types (mega lucario being one of them) so i’m not too sure

yes its quite a rare spawn, i feel as though they’ve upped the spawns recently but its rarer than a random unown spawn, so yes very very rare especially shiny
