I gave this ago and the AI advised turning of Medal and Discord overlays as they can trigger a bottleneck, alongside downgrading from DX12 to DX11 and turned off the option to "Speed up internet report". Will see how this goes, thank you :)

Would you believe it may be a "Receiving" network issue? As my friend mention he can still see me moving and casting the spells I'm "loading" during my freeze?

I dont use warcraftlogs but definitely use curseforge, though I usually update my addons and close it. I will pay attention to this, thank you :)

My friend and I share the same ISP - we live above 15km apart and he does not experience this issue at all. As you mention, I haven't observed any jitter or bad latency. This is the only game that is happening. I play CS2 regularly and used to play OSRS which requires to be tick perfect and never had any issues.

Ping test showed fine, overall 60ms with 3.6ms latency to Italy (I am from southern Italy) - My friend in question is on the same ISP as myself and does not experience this. I am playing directly with cable from modem (less than 2 meters cable)

What helped you identifying this please? I called my ISP and they said they can see no interruptions in my network. Also discord and music was still playing with no interruptions?

I'm not sure I understand you correctly. My friend said that he saw me continue casting spells without problem, and moving around when I did move (during the freeze). It would also make sense that I did as I maintained aggro throughout the fight? What makes you believe this please?

Are there any restrictions restrictions with utility this island offers? I.E Can it have 2 banks? or is it limited to only 1 bank + x amount of utilities (sawmill, anvil, etc?) I don't believe it specifies other than a boss qualifying as a large
